iPost Digitizing

Solution

Paper invoices that are sent to Aktia’s payment service are scanned and digitized into e-invoices. If necessary, the iPost service will automatically send customers a contact request to the bank. Invoices are also archived electronically. The service is faster than a manual process and more cost-efficient. It is reliable and can be scaled according to the number of invoices.
